§    10% non-refundable deposit required to hold your date.
§    One half of balance due by January 15th of arrival year, to keep your date
§    The remaning balance due 90 days before your arrival date.
§    If payments are not received when due, dates will be re-booked
§    There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures
§    Payments are non-refundable
§    Dates may be changed if openings are available
§    You have up to 1 year to reuse

§   Sept-May, We require a 90 day notice per unit for cancellations, compounded for multiple units i.e., if renting 2 units = 180 days, etc.
